For a Nickelodeon show, this one got away with many things

Just watching a few episodes recently made me realize this. The girls (Taina, Renee, and Maritza) on this show would get away with calling each other tramps and wilder beasts on Nickelodeon, sometimes in the same episode. Although Nick is still somewhat "mature" with they're languages nowadays ("iCarly" comes to mind), you couldn't get away with saying that on Disney channel, ESPECIALLY nowadays. Another thing was that the girls on this show wore leather pants and bellybutton shirts frequently, something they couldn't get away with on today's teen shows. That's another reason why I loved this show and was unjustly cancelled too soon and before it's time.

I never heard them say "Damn" in That's so raven. Taina wasn't that bad I don't think they ever cussed in that show.

apparently Raven said "Damn" once during one of her famous screw ups. that's the only time i've heard it.

and yea, i forgot about all that in those shows listen, but somehow...those shows were harmless compared to the ones today ironically.

Monkey B is not a person...Monkey is a soul, that LIVES, in many bodies.

Seriously what was so risque about them girls wearing leather pants? I remember how rare it was seeing someone often wearing leather pants on TV back in the day

I do remember on one episode the mother actually gave Taina a playful smack on the butt while she was telling her to get ready for school after she woke her up
