This should be repeated
I'm surprised this show was never heard of again, I liked it. I hope it gets released on DVD some day. I doubt they'll make another series though.
shareSky apparently have the rights to show it again, they are simply not doing so.
I can't see it being released on DVD until it's reshowing though, as so many people have forgotten about it there would be little market for the discs.
I never forgot it. My housemate got a copy of the first episode and we watched it last night, me with unabashed glee and he with a happy, puzzled smile. I guess we'll be getting the rest of the series now :D :D :D
shareThere's a good reason that Sky won't show it - It's bollocks. I managed to get a copy of the series, and I watched the whole thing, again. Yep. It's bollocks. Especially as the ending is another freakin cliff hanger, and Mr Grant (the 'so called' writer) didn't even realise how bollocks it was and that because of this small oversight on his part, a second series would never be made.
Message to MR ROB GRANT: Finishing a series with a CLIFF HANGER does not increase your chances of getting the money to make a sequel. If you are unclear as to this premise, I would suggest that you ask your old 'friend' MR DOUG NAYLOR for clarification...

I wasn't entirely comfortable with this show. i remember watching it then having extreme trouble getting to sleep. i'd like it repeated so as to relive my agony of sleepless nights, and because the idea of advanced vegetables impersonating humans appeals to me
