Tiffini Clements Episode Dec 16 2011

I just watched this episode, and this girl must have some serious mental issues. The entire episode, she keeps her down and looking off to the side. Plus the fact she comes to court dressed like she is at anime convention doesn't attest to her mental stability. I assume that she has some vision problem in her right eye, but she needs to take some self-confidence lessons.
