Sparky isn't on season ten because Nick nixed him

They wouldn't nix him because his voice actor changed. Changed how? They got rid of him because people didn't like him. He was useless to begin with. Timmy already had two godparents plus "Poof" so what the hell did he need with a fairy dog? But on another hand it makes sense if they still kept him around because if they were going to introduce Chloe, Timmy could have given Sparky to her so he didn't have to share Cosmo and Wanda....
