Who did Dora's voice from 2004 til 2008?

I just noticed today that Dora's voice sounds different. I looked it up on here and the original person voiced her from 2000 til 2004 and someone else has voiced her from 2008 til 2010. So that leaves 2004 to 2008 not credited. Just wondering why.
