There is no end date listed on the IMDB page. Does that mean they still make new episodes?

I dont think it ever officially ended, I dont even remember if there was a finale.

They ended production and there are still unaired episodes that never saw the light of day in the United States.

There was. it's called "The wedding frame". It ends with an adult Ginger married to Darren closing a book called "as told by ginger"

It was released on DVD by paramount but it is one of those episodes that, as you put it - never saw the light of day in the United States.

The good thing about the finale episode is that it had a very good, happy ending. 
