Can anyone explain me the early scene at the beginning of the movie? Who is the girl talking in the mobile? So she witness when Sadakkos' father throw her in the well? Why she talk about a movie?

I think what the person is trying to ask is why is this movie, set 30 years in the past, begun with a girl in the present day talking on her mobile phone about her dream of Sadako? I think the answer would be that the girl at the beginning has watched the video. It's a quick little connection to the first Ring movie.
