Racist?

Just re-watched this movie and was wondering if anyone else thought it could be racist against whites? All of the white people in the movie are crazy, deranged, homosexual, cheats, killers etc. Examples:

1. The "Shellys" are crazy
2. The white guy at the museum is extremely flamboyant
3. The white guys at the gas station are money-hungry, cheating hillbillies
4. The old white guy at the gas station is deranged
5. The headless knight is a serial killer
6. The bulter is disabled
7. The maid was born without eyelids
8. The old man at the dinner table was angry and crude

Do you think people would be upset if the races were flipped in this movie? Is there a double-standard for racism in this country?
