Her neck...

I really don't feel like looking thru 6 pages of discussion topics, I am sure someone already asked, so, let me ask here.
What's up with her neck when she is at the bottom of the stairs? Why does it move twice? That just gave me the idea she is some kind of non human thing and that normal rules do not apply to her. So, if she killed, it was in her nature. The neck moving just killed the movie for me. Did anyone else see that?

Yeah, me too. The sound she was making was so alien too.

That was the director's way of showing us her neck is broken and she won't be standing up for some surprise attack any time soon.
