How gory is this?

It has some strong sadistic violence but not gore & its nothing like Itchy. I have seen many comments in the past from disappointed people because it didn't live up to its reputation of being "extreme" also its not very action heavy and I have seen plenty of people who found it boring. I love it though and definitely recommend it but if you are looking for something like Itchy this film isn't what you are after.
