According to an insider publication I read, a disgruntled promoter offered money to Bruiser Brody to jump the rail and attack Mr T, prior to the Wrestlemania main event. I was surprised to read that.
It was tragic what happened to Brody, though. He left a lasting impression on a lot of wrestling fans.

Yes, the rumor was that various promoters wanted Brody to do a shoot (real) run-in in hopes of destroying Vince. For whatever reason, it didn't happen.

I don't follow wrestling but my college professor is a big fan. He told me that his murder was just part of the script and that he actually just retired in real life
