I borrowed a copy of this DVD from my local library and as usual with library DVDs, it was full of scratches and skips. I missed the part of how the young black guy dies. In fact, it skipped so much I think I missed a couple of important scenes.
Would someone be so kind as to fill me in?

Years too late, perhaps... but in case you do see this post:
Workers/volunteers for the anti-immigration party are postering walls around the corner from where he & his friends leave the car. One of the workers notices that the group are all immigrants & pulls a gun out to scare them off. One of the other workers tries to appease him, but he pulls away and fires a few shots into the air. Once the group has run off, it becomes apparent that the black guy is left on the ground & the workers go over to investigate.
It's ambiguous as to how he died (heart attack or gunshot wound - no blood or bullet hole is ever shown, and the man was firing above their heads) and the scene is never investigated further as the workers leave in a hurry.
actually, the last shot fired the anti-immigrant guy with pistol levels his sidearm and fires AT the running immigrants and thus puts down the black guy.
