Does anyone know what the closing song of the film is? I thought from the title it might be "Wie ein Stern" but can't find anything on amazon.de that looks likely.

Yes, I was curious about that myself. Very haunting in that context.

The title of the song is "PS" from the (east-)german band "Silly", the singer is Tamara Danz. You can find the lyrics of the song on this page
