why is this movie in the male rape category? is there a rape scene?

There is M4M sexual exploitation and humiliation (fisting, urination, etc.), but I don't think we see any actual rape. There are implications the victim was raped afterword, however.

Towards the end of the movie, Aunt Lacey does go on to say/explain that it was her Brother that raped her, thus Jeremy was born.....so I suppose that could be the reason rape is listed....
