No shenmue 3

As a shenmue fan it pains me to think that the series will not be completed and that this brilliant story will not get the ending that it truly deserves. In recent months and years the talk of a new shenmue has all but dried up (except for the fake stuff that turns up on the net and that shenmue online nonsense). Fans of the series will feel that sega owe it to the fans to finish the saga and make the third game. But the sad truth is that sega will not embark upon such a risky franchise when previous games have failed to sell to their expectations. With the world currently in the grip of recession and companies going bust everyday it is highly unlikely we will ever see a shenmue 3. Sega, Prove me wrong.........
