Not Bad At All!

This movie was pretty good. It reminded me of American Psycho kinda. I liked the killer, he was crazy. Good story and great ending too. 9/10 from me!

Zero out of ten from me. This movie just... as the Angry Video Game Nerd would say, "PUKES SNOT UP MY ASS!"

You rated this movie a 9 out of 10? You are kidding, right?

Oh, I get it! It's only the 2nd movie you've ever seen, so you have nothing to compare it with!

I gave it a 2, and that was being kind. This was easily one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

Sanctimony, like it’s director Uwe Boll, is something of a self-contradicting mixed bag. However, that said, I liked it. I wouldn’t suggest its one of the best films ever made or anything so drastic but it did keep me entertained for ninety minutes or so.

I liked the fact that the killer was revealed, not only to the audience but to the investigating officers, so early and that the rest of the film was devoted to exploring his sick little existence.

I don’t know what it is but there’s something about Uwe Boll’s style that I like. Postal was hilarious and even House Of The Dead - as tacky as it was in parts - was entertaining and the same is true of Sanctimony.

The reason I think so many people slate Boll’s work isn’t anything to do with how good or bad they are but how inflated his ego is. He’s a good director in my opinion, but from a few interviews I’ve seen, he seems to think that he’s a better director than Orson Welles’ and Sam Peckinpah’s lovechild would be.
