don't download! make sure you see the real thing!

I just wanted to say to the fellow REJECTED fans out there that you just HAVE to see this masterpiece in a real movie theater if you can, or at least on the official remastered BitterFilms DVD! I just saw it in a theater last night for the first time (after seeing it on the web a thousand times) and it knocked me out of my chair!

If you've only seen REJECTED from an internet bootleg you're seeing a big screen movie in very poor quality.. and also in all likelihood it's been recut and butchered by the bootleggers :( I imagine that the few negative reviewers here only saw a bootleg of this film and missed REJECTED in all its glory!

If REJECTED ever plays in a movie theater near you, don't pass it up! On a big screen with the full-on stereo sound it's a truly impressive technical marvel.

The DVD version is obviously the next best thing, but nothing can match a theaterful of screaming laughing people :)

In response to my posted comment about downloading this movie, I must apologize. I thought this was a short created for the Internet, like the stuff over at JoeCartoon.com.

No, internet cartoons are not listed in the IMDB .. nor are they nominated for Academy Awards :)

hey how long is the actual movie?

reply

I heard it's like 9 1/2 minutes.

Does anybody know where I can watch it?

Guess what? I got a fever. And the only prescription is more cowbell!

Like the first person here said, any version of this you see on the Internet is an illegal bootleg.

It's very depressing that the main exposure to this amazing movie has been illegal bootlegs. Having seen it in the theater I must agree it is an expierience. I honestly haven't laughed that hard at a movie since (possibly Team America)

The movie itself is about 8 minutes long with credits making it a little bit longer than 9 minutes.

I have to confirm what the guy said above. I downloaded it off of Kazaa and I thought it was hilarious. After seeing it about 100 times it was getting less funny, but then I bought the Mighty Claw Shirt and Rejected on DVD. I sat down and watched it with about six other people and I never heard so much laughter in my entire life. We watched it on my 56 inch widescreen with the volume cranked up and I laughed harder than the first time.

Personally I wouldn't get the DVD right now because Don is working on Bitter Films Volume 1, so I would just get that when it comes out this winter.

BitterFilms currently has it up for view on Google Video (yesterday, they wiped out all other bootlegs. How do I know? I was letting one load and just as it finishes it gets pulled)

I feel terrible. Someone sent me the link and I thought it was just a normal webtoon. I thought it was the funniest thing I had ever seen. Now I want to see it in a theatre or buy the DVD. Anyone know where they might show it?
