Though I have never seen it, there is allegedly the guy with the giant spoon and the banana painted in the pedestrian tunnels at Carleton University in Ottawa. Anyone have any pictures/sight conformations? And for that matter does anyone know who painted it or why they were done?

There is indeed a mural of the guy with the giant spoon and the anthropomorphic banana-thing in the tunnel system. People who live in the dorms paint a mural in the tunnels every year with the other people on their floor (it's fun, it gets some artwork in the otherwise bland tunnels, and helps everyone get to know each other better.)
