Why not on 250?

It has the score, and 500 votes. Is it because it's a short film? I think it definately deserves to get on there!

Also, what exactly are the requirements to be on the list?

The top 250 only covers feature-length films, and it also depends on the votes of the top-1000 voters.

This is one of the funniest things that I have ever scene, I believe it should be on the top 250, but what are you going to do?
