Spanish or just nonsense?

I just watched this again for what is probably the 28th time, and at around 6:38 during the segment Don allegedly drew with his left hand, there's a child speaking what appears to be Spanish or Portuguese. What exactly is he saying, and short of being absolute gibberish, is there a translation?
