Old silent German black&white movie "Nosferatu" by F. W. Murnau. It is not only real but a very famous one, in fact it's on IMDb's top 250.
There have been many versions of Nosferatu or Drakula (based on same story) made ever since, maybe most famous was (again German) 1979 artistic version by Werner Herzog with Klaus Kinski.
