info - where to find this movie and book.

i recently ordered the book off the internet for just short of forty dollars. it took a bit of investigating to find such a cheap price, and i haven't received it yet as i just placed the order a few days ago.

as for the movie, i have found an icelandic distributor who appears to ship the (subtitled) dvd internationally, hopefully i can post the address without violating some terms of service on here, as it took me a good couple of hours to find such a site and would like to let others know that it is available. the site is www.skifan.is i have not yet ordered from them and can't say anything about them for certain except that they offer the price in US dollars and give a shipping estimate to the US, so i assume it would be a go, if i weren't so broke currently. i'm not sure at this point if there is a US release in the works or not, i'd sure like to know before i send off the forty or so dollars the dvd will cost to purchase and have shipped from iceland.

I myself find me to come from iceland. And www.skifan.is does distribute to the US. Though it will cost "ALOT", but it's a great movie.

why is the book so hard to find? i just bought a copy at an outlet book store for $5.
