Quite funny how they can talk Japanese/Cantonese

I've a question. I notice some of the actors like Tony Leung and Kelly Chan talk Japanese, did it really came out of their mouths of is it faked by a voice actor or whatever? By the way, it's extremely funny to hear a Japanese talking Cantonese xD

Who else think so?

Kelly Chan is fully fluent in Japanese as she went to high school in Tokyo.
She does modeling, commercials and dramas in Japan regularly.
She spoke all her own lines with ease.

Tony Leung also spoke his own lines, but much like the other characters say, his Japanese is kind of bad.

And yeah, the Japanese girls' Cantonese was pretty funny to hear.
