Peter Brandt was a cool guy

Seriously, I admire him. He had the guts to go into this bandit country and fight in a combat. He didn't bother with any of this "peace with the terrorists" BS, he plainly said - all they want is to sell their drugs, no peace concerns them.
As for the village massacre - it was no peaceful village, it was TERRORIST CAMP, where they kept their families as well (hiding behind women and children is not uncommon for them - I live in Russia, and I hope the word Beslan has some meaning to you.
Fight terror with terror, period. "peace talks" is just the liberal BS.
by their actions these individuals place themselves outside law, so no law should be applied to them.
And as for the Lobo's question, Why does a peasant need a gun?, isn't the answer "to be able to sell drugs"??

They were holding an american hostage inside the village and were going to blow up yet another building and kill who knows how many more people. The terrorists asked for it and they got it. I believe you must Fight terror with terrorin this world.

I liked Brandt,too....and he was nowhere near a bad guy....using gordy as a ''bargain'' might render him a bit unlikable ,but like the OP mentioned he was the only one with the guts to do whats necessary

Trolls dont have an opinion....just an urge to compensate their frustration about themselves!!!

He was only tough when he had his army fighting for him so he could stroll through the battlefield like a rock star wearing sunglasses and shouting orders and laughing......not so tough when it was one on one, he was taken down straight away and you could tell in his eyes when the lift was coming down and he started panic shooting he knew it.
