spoiler what was the number that the terrorist dialed?

*note: with regards to the topic title, I don't mean what the actual number was.. but .. "what was the number for"?

In the very last scene, the last remaining person that Arnie wanted to kill, dialed a phone number before Arnie threw a fireman's axe at him.

I figured it was the number to set off the bomb..

But looking at Arnie's expression after he saw the number that the terrorist had dialed, it seems like a false alarm.

Was the terrorist trying to set off another bomb by dialing the number? or was he trying to make a call to some place?

This answer might come a little late, but I just saw the movie the second time. The number was definitely to set off another bomb. In the last scene, the voice of some news reporter can be heard in the background; it says something about another bomb which has been found but didn't detonate. I have to admit I can't really remember, but it gave me an "a-ha effect" because I had just asked myself the same question you came up with here over a year ago. :)

I just though since he lost his wife that he didnt care anymore and wanted Arnie to kill him so he dialled a false number to provoke him
