DVD related question

I would ordinarily have zero interest in supporting censorship, but being a completist, I would like to get the DVD of the edited version because I includes a different commentary track. I don't own Mystery of the Batwoman, I heard the double-feature disc includes the edited cut of ROTJ. Does it include the commentary as well as the special features for MOTB like the Chase Me short and whatever else is on the disc? Thanks in advance.
