This movie was produced for German television.
Like quite a number of excellent German movies from the last decades also this one will maybe never be released on DVD.

Nordsee ist Mordsee is some 30 years old and no DVD in sight. Same goes for "Rocker", "die Abfahrer", "Meier" etc etc.
I read a book about the Paul Death Hoax (Turn Me On Dead Man by Andru J Reeve) which states that if you contact the production company, a copy (with or without English Subtitles) can be obtained.
