But the thing is- that's totally different story. As it's very hard to "rape" a teenage boy. His hormones, all his body just wants to fu** somebody, dometimes it doesn't even matter if a woman is attractive or not.

The thing is- the guy would not even fell like raped (at least, the most of guys) They would feel like the luckiest bastards on Earth and would immediately tell their friends how they banged the hot housewife.

It's totally different story than it would be if the teacher was male and student female.

It doesn't matter, a 13 year old, male or female, cannot legally consent to sex. If he took his clothes off and begged her to take him, she had no right to touch him, she is supposed to be the adult, the responsible one. A 13 year old girl may not feel raped either, she may have felt she wanted to have sex with a hot older man, but regardless of what the kid may think he/she wants, a 13 year old does not possess the mental or emotional maturity to make an informed choice about whether or not he/she wants to have sex, particularly not with someone like a teacher, who is an authority figure. Legally, it's easily argued a kid under those circumstances did not understand he/she had the ability to say no, even if that's not the case. I do believe statutory rape laws can be a bit extreme and maybe should be reformed a bit, but they exist to prevent minors from being exploited by adults.

So are you saying it should be LEGAL for FEMALES to have sex with minors?

You can't apply law according to someone GENDER!

That way there's have to be 4 laws/

What if a male teacher had sex with a male student? Should they go tough on him?

What if a female teacher had sex with a female student? Should the female teacher get a free pass b/c she's a woman, or should they go tough on her b/c her her target was a girl.

Just because we lose today's battle doesn't mean we've lost tommorow's war.

Why? Why would it be any different if this were a 30-something year old male teacher and 13 year old female student? The 13 year old male student is no more mature than the hypothetical 13 year old female student. Both have brains which have not completely formed. Both are still 13 years old and can not legally consent to having sex with an adult.
