shareIf there is a movie that this one resembles, is the Hong Kong film "Fly Me to Polaris", and by no accident either. It's a total copy, but with lesser results.
Hollywood has so little imagination, that is now recurring over and over to the fascinating world of asian cinema for inspiration, but giving us a lower quality product than the original every single time.
It's no surprise that the great "Infernal Affairs" was remade into Scorsese's "The Departed", and labeled as "his best film...".
Keep up the copying, Hollywood, but please, give us better results.
I have news for you. But, you'll probably not see this anyway. This movie is a re-make of "Heaven Can Wait". Something else to consider, "Fly Me to Polaris" is also based off of "Heaven Can Wait". Oh, by the way, "Heaven Can Wait" is based off of the 1941 film "Here Comes Mister Jordan".
