Who is this character?

Okay, I can't pin this down as I am not a G.I. Joe fan.

See the female character with an eyepatch in a screen cap, about halfway down the page: http://i-mockery.com/minimocks/psa3/

I tried some research to name the character and to see if it appeared in a movie (versus TV) version of Joe. I can't do it.

I think, from context, the image is likely from the earliest TV version. But maybe not. If it's a hero-character the only one I can imagine is Covergirl with an injured eye and longer hair than usual. Maybe it was a one-off spearcarrier

I don't think she is a regular character. I believe she was an "extra" in one of the t.v. shows.

It's Zarana from Grey Hair and Growing Pains. They are sunglasses not an eye patch.
