It just was bad acted the story was laim and done before to many times, better.
theres nothing wrong with that basically, I believe in "better a good steal, then a bad idea" but the film couldn't drag me in to it.
Thats why i dont understand, why i am sorely mistaken here ...?

I agree. I bought the DVD, which I don't normally do, without seeing the movie. Big mistake. So boring. So generic. I'm thinking the only people who like this are young girls who have crushes on the cast.

movie wasnt boring at all, yeah it had been done before. so what? hasnt EVERY movie been done before in some sort of way? i mean come one. the budget was low, and the cast might have did their best, but the main reason i think people didnt like it too much was the fact that the actual casts image doesnt sell. dorff did a pretty decent job, problem is he doesnt look the part. matt dillon a street boss? that just doesnt fit. yeah the story was generic, but i just feel it has more to do with horrible casting for what the movie was trying to portray. but, sadly that happens with low budget films sometimes.
