Thats Brian out of Pheonix Nights, not TPKT...Hmmmm

well he did appear in the pilot episode

Brian Potter looks a lot different in That Peter Kay Thing compared to the Brian on Phoenix Nights.

He's right, the picture is from the Phoenix Nights episode when he goes to Blackpool and sees Jim Bowen's super club.
