Help FINDING Specific Episode

I was watching an episode that had Aquaman nearly blown up by a bomb-laden birthday present while host of the live childrens show.

Aquaman starts to "loose it" and says. Why I am going to stick my fist right up his................

Just then the camera pans away to a sign that states, (to the effect of)..... unable the air this show due to TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES.......

It was one of the funniest things I have ever seen on television.

I would dearly love it someone knew of how to get a hold of this episode!!!!
