And the answer to that question would be LOTS! Even though everything was over the top I thought it was absolutely briliant, it was hilarious, dramatic and emotional all at once. Amanda Redman (Alison) rocks!

I come from Germany and lived for 1 year in Canada, when Canada´s Schowcase aired that show. So thats how I got familiar with that show and I thought it was great, funny and .... funny! I loved all the characters, specially Virginia! This show had intelligent humor and the actors where brilliant! This is the kind of british humor I like and I will miss it, because Germany doesn´t show many british shows on television.
