I'm so sorry for being so juvenile(I can't spell don't correct me!)
But Sonya wears clothes so does Sleet and Dingo but Kuckles, Manic and Sonic are in their birtha suits!
They're guys. Male furry characters in the Sonic Verse don't wear clothes except for gloves, shoes, and the occasional extra item such as sunglasses.
