DVD Special Features footage

In the Special Features section for the DVD version of this movie, it includes footage of Rodney Bingenheimer visiting London. There is a brief (about ten seconds) of footage showing actor Laurence Fishburne (in an unbilled cameo) walking hand-in-hand with a woman not his wife.

Fishburne is married to Gina Torres, but the woman I saw in that footage definitely doesn't look her at all.

So, who is that WASP-ish looking woman holding hands with Fishburne?

Fishburne married Gina Torres circa 2002, after they met while shooting The Matrix sequels. I noticed that a lot (most?) of the "present day" footage for this movie was shot circa 1997, so that might explain it.
