Does anyone have a link to the fan edit director's cut?

Apparently a fan went through all of joe berlingers notes regarding his original cut ofbthe film, and pieced it together as accurately as he could to make the closest edit possible to match up with the directors cut, which unfortunately, never got released. I would love to get my hands on it if anyone has tracked but down.
