John was constantly bringing up her shopping for cows in California. Paul, who owned a farm, never asked about it, and nobody here has, either. Did I miss something?

Nobody knows what "literally" means anymore. Literally.

Why would it matter to you if Paul didn't ask about Yoko shopping for cows? Paul and Linda were vegans, and so they would have had no interest in raising animals for food. I think they raised sheep for wool.
