Not very good

I am watching this right now, so maybe I'm not giving it a good chance. But so far I'm not impressed and am amazed that Aidan Quinn thought this movie would be a good idea.

A fictional conversation by two real celebrities doesn't interest me. It could be so far from the truth as to be farcical. Who knows?

Contrary to the review on the main page, I don't think Jared Harris did a great John Lennon. I'm old enough to remember the Beatles, I saw them on tv at that time, and I've watched every documentary, I think, that's been done on them, as well as seen all their movies. John has a special cadence to his speech that Jared doesn't capture. Lennon ende a lot of sentences with inflection going up, like a question. Except it wasn't a question. Jared Harris doesn't do that.

Aidan Quinn captures Paul McCartney, though. He looks and sounds a lot like him, despite not having the large puppy dog eyes.

But more than that, the script is pretty boring. And I don't see the point to it. It's not real. There's no plot. I think watching a documentary and clips of interviews and their public statements would be more interesting.
