after the credits there was a short movie, black and white. It was something about a guy trying to get out of a room.
What was that suposed to mean? Is it related to Otesánek somehow?

The DVD includes the B/W 12 minutes long early film "Flat" (1969)

There is no relation, it is just an early short by the director.

I was expecting another 15 minutes of Otesánek and then the movie ended. I had no idea there was a short after the film.
