Awesome Film!

I saw this in the theaters and remember thinking it was hell of fun. I never liked Cube in it though back in the day I was a fan. Dont know why Carpenter vouches for him or continues to cast odd ins like he wanted Love for this. The film was hell of a fun in a theater especially since it was very dark. I went to see it because I'm a huge Hendridge fan and I liked the premise. Till now did I find out that Carpenter did it. Had I known I would've liked it more. I Remember loving Big Daddy Mars. I always liked big intimidating villains. I liked when he cheered up his goons reminded me of all tribe folk. He reminded too much of Valek and I didnt like that. He looked just like him. I even thought it was the same actor making a run. But the film overall was hell of fun and everybody in the theater enjoyed it. I thought was a success and now that I look it up am very surprised it bombed big time and pretty much ended Carpenter's career. He has nothing to be ashamed of though as I'm a huge fan of his 90's raging films. This, Vampires of course, and Escape From L.A. All memorable worthy films I highly enjoyed. When you go the theaters these are the types of films you really enjoy. Its too bad Americans never appreciated him. To me he is the greatest director of all-time. He did his music, he produced, he wrote, he created many of the baddest characters of all-time. Huge Fan. I hope he makes a few more films. The movies definitely miss him.
