Need help with Atomic Edition

I recently download Atomic Edition for XP because the game won't run on my computer and I found a problem.The problem is,Lunar Apocalypse is missing from the episode list.Duke it out in D.C.,Hollywood Holocaust,Shrapnel City,and The Birth are the only episodes listed.Is there any way to put Lunar Apocalypse on the episode list?I do have the cd,so maybe I could copy the episode from the cd to the game directory.Is that possible?Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
