Stuck

I know what I have to do: I need the Entrance Key to open the big blue doors in the Main Entrance area. The Entrance Key is in the Management Office safe, near the guy with the big bite taken out of his torso. I'm pretty sure I need the F.C. Device to rewrite an I.D. card to get into the safe. I already have a personnel number - 58104, which according to an Internet walkthrough belongs to a guy named Paul Baker:

"Go to the lift lobby. You will hear a beeping noise near the body. This
is Paul Baker (you paged him, remember?). Deactivate the beeper and use
the Fingerprint Device on the corpse. Then head to the office (the one
with the telephone) and use the computer. Input the ID card and the
code (58104). The lifts are working now.
"

Where is this? I can't find the body anywhere, and I can't find a way to page the guy either. I've completed this bit before, but that was years ago and I don't have a clue right now.
