WHAT ABOUT SID'S WIDOW AND KIDS

Not knocking the film makers on the product. I just think that it's a bit tasteless as Sid's widow and kids are still alive. I don't think this takes them into consideration. Sid's well loved by his fans and family. I would imagine I would be very upset to see a film about my Dads affair while my Mom was still alive. I'm a little bit ambivalent about this.

I would imagine they were asked both before the original stage play and before this, as I imagine every one else/or their estates would have been. This I believe is why Hattie Jaques is not used, and why Bernard Bresslaw is depicted playing a role that everyone knows was played by Terry Scott.
