They didn't show when Kenny Williams asked Babs Windsor (and Hattie Jaques BTW) to marry him.
They both declined his offer.
That happened back in the days when Carry On Spying was being done and they just both adored each other and Babs was a huge admirer of Kenneth. Both Kenneth and Sid competed for her affections.
