Redubbed episodes on Qubo.

I've been watching on Qubo, and the thing is the voices all sound terrible.
I wonder if this is the Singapore English version, because the copyright at the end reads 1996 and 2006 Porchlight Entertainment.

Does anyone know if Qubo is airing the Singapore version?
