Is anybody aware of the fact that Gregorio Cortez is a real person.He was a Mexican who led the Texas Rangers on the biggest manhunt in their history(1901).He was a Mexican American legend and they made a movie about him,they also sing corridos about him on the Texas Mexican border.1901

Yeah, it's on the Trivia section. However, it also says that some of the characters (including that one) are named after Robert Rodriguez's relatives.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's also the name of the guy that mows my lawn, no joke.
