albert's + jean-claude's 'yeah, sure'


after nick asks for the scotch from albert & then asks jean-claude to set up a table (#2). it's the same 'yeah, sure.' response.

Good catch. I missed Jean-Claude's, but noticed Albert's, which I thought was pretty casual or familiar, but could have been a result of De Niro's easy-going managerial style (the bar, not safe-cracking) or something colloquial, like a Montreal, Quebec thing. I also noticed that De Niro (Nick) tacked-on a Merci to his requests. And I don't know if that has anything to do with the "Yeah, sure."


Objection, your Honor. You can't preface your second point with first of all.
