In how many movies did you see 'object swap' between good and bad guys?

As a plot twist?

(SPOILERS BELOW)

I think I've seen at least 217, +/- a hundred. In this one I started wondering about it the second Norton pulled a gun on de Niro. But I hoped the script wouldn't use such a corny and unimaginative "twist".

But that's exactly what happened.

What a bummer ending to an otherwise nice movie.

Ahh pulling the ol' switcheroo!

I know I've seen at least a dozen endings like that and even more switcheroos in the middle but being put on the spot like this....

yeah, I was a little disappointed with DeNiro's switcheroo, but I would have been disappointed had he NOT done it. I guess I'm REALLY disappointed that Norton didn't check first- and that was pretty much a confirmation that a switch had been made.
