Bonnie and Clyde is my favorite movie of all time. I see Burnt Money as a Gay Spanish Bonnie and Clyde and I think it is extremely well directed and acted.
BTW, does anyone know if Burnt Money was really based on a true story?
yup, there's a novel on the original set of events by the same name on which this movie is based on. However, I take it to be a (heavily) fictionalized account of the actual events.

It is a co-production with Spain. Most of the financing money and one of the main characters (Noriega) are from there. The rest, including story, plot, director, actors, locations, etc. etc... and an important part of the money too, (surely through INCCA credits), are from Argentina (and Uruguay ;)...
